This programme runs for 12 weeks and you will work with me virtually to complete your weekly workouts (you can also opt for the 1:1 in-person/live option).
You will receive one workout per week through email, which will be on the online HCR®portal. This workout will be led by programme creator Jenny Burrell.
You will also receive another 2 workouts per week from me, in a closed facebook group, along with nutrition guidance, support and lifestyle tips.
So you actually have the benefit of two Coaches for the entire 12 weeks! BONUS!
Athlete 12 home workouts are approximately 20 minutes in duration and progressed in intensity from week to week. They are all full body workouts, but each one may have a focus slightly more on a particular body part.
Once you’ve been screened, the programme will start with SET UP, where we help you get prepared for the coming 12 weeks, including taking your Fitness Test and logging your start point. Every single week, the workout is progressed so that you get FITTER, FASTER and STRONGER. You’ll do another fitness test at half way to help you see your progress. And 100% you will have progressed. Then we keep going until you hit your grand finale, your final fitness test at week 12 and GRADUATION DAY! This programme is OUTSTANDING and IT WORKS!
In the setup phase I will also guide you as to what additional (inexpensive) equipment is required for this programme.
