The Every Woman programme is all about education, nutritional guidance, re-connection and movement – it builds a solid foundation and is designed to ‘bring you back home’ to your amazing body with your pelvic and core health at the centre of focus.

As the name implies, it is suitable and adaptable for any woman, at any life stage and something that every woman should gift herself. It is something you learn once, but it lasts a lifetime and is truly a gift that keeps on giving.



Who is this programme for?

This programme is for ANY and EVERY woman, in any life stage, and is adaptable to virtually every woman

  • Do you want to get back into fitness after having had a baby but do not know where to start from?
  • Do you already exercise but feel a lack of connection to your core?
  • Do you experience leaks (even if ‘just a bit’) when sneezing, coughing, laughing, jumping or running?

What does it involve?

Phase 1

Phase 1 of the Every Woman course is a 60 minute session once a week for 6 weeks, that has 5 key components:



A simple dynamic warm-up and mobilisation that improves alignment and gets you centered and ready for the class

Main Workout

A series of functional movements all designed to strengthen your pelvic floor and core, along with other muscles. Each exercise is performed ‘with the breath’, which is key in re-connection and getting all parts of our body to work in synergy

Re-Release and the big ‘Let Go’

A relaxing and re-mobilising end to the movement part of the session, and includes relaxation for the pelvic floor and core as this is just as important as strengthening.

Time to Talk

Every session ends with 15 minutes of space for talking about your progress in the week before and setting challenges for the week ahead. We will also have a weekly focus topic to talk about.


At each session I will provide something small for you to take home, either a healthy snack, or some soothing tea. These are all items that will help you in your wellness journey.

Phase 2 (Optional)

Once the basics are established and you’ve got reconnected and stronger, you can move on to Phase 2.


Online Workouts

You will get 2 workout videos delivered to you every week for 6 weeks; 1 is delivered by Jenny Burrell (programme creator) via email, and the other is delivered by me in a Facebook group (or via email if you do not have Facebook).

Weekly Topics

The weekly topics of discussion and weekly challenges will continue via the Facebook group/Whatsapp or email once a week, and will cover topics that are important to you


The support and guidance provided in phase 1 will continue in phase 2. This is critical in your success and keeps you motivated and accountable to reach your goals.

How does it work?

1. On application, you’ll be asked to complete our comprehensive Pre-Screening Questionnaire to decide if this programme is right for you or whether you need clinical attention before. If you’re a great fit…

2. You’ll then meet me to go through a hands-on screening and assessment, which includes tests for your Core function so that we know where you are on your recovery journey and the programme can truly be tailored to your needs.

3. At the first session, you’ll receive your Client Education Booklet and the items of fitness kit required for the course.

4. You’ll receive your login details for the Holistic Core Restore® Online Platform via email which will allow you to log in and view the essential viewing videos BEFORE starting the first session, as well as your homework, education videos and a nutrition booklet.

5. This programme runs for 6-12 weeks and you will meet with me once per week for 6 weeks, then if doing phase 2, online for another 6 weeks. You will also be required to complete your online homework a further 4 times per week, which is approximately 20 minutes in duration, guided by Jenny Burrell (programme creator)
