Personal Training is tailored to your individual requirements – we create a holistic programme individual to your needs, it starts where you’re at, and takes you safely and effectively to meet your goals.

Personal training is more than simply having a trainer working out with you or telling you what to do. I take a personal, deep and individualised approach to each and every client. I take a whole-body approach and focus on strengthening you from the inside out. In the session I am focused 100% on you and your needs.

The first time we meet will be to discuss your goals, expectations and explore your WHY’s. We will go over a lifestyle questionnaire so I can get a better idea of where you’re currently at. I will also carry out an in-depth assessment of your fitness, but also of things such as your posture, breathing technique, and core connection.

Following our initial meeting I will create a completely bespoke-to-you wellness plan. This will include an exercise, food, mindset, and lifestyle plan designed to to get you from where you are to where you want to be safely and effectively.

My personal training programmes will improve your overall fitness levels, muscle tone, body definition, cardiovascular health, bone health, pelvic floor and core strength, mental and emotional health, and cognitive health. All my programmes are progressed gradually and safely depending on YOU, your goals and your progress.

I strive to give all my clients the tools to succeed in reaching their goals, but also educate them about their body and about wellness.

Personal Training can be on a 1:1 basis (one person + one trainer), a 2:1 basis (2 people + 1 trainer) or a small group basis (3-5 people)
Personal Training sessions can be done either in a private studio or at your place (depending on location)

Post Natal Personal Training

Your body has been through tremendous changes and strain – now is the time to take care of yourself and heal from within. Returning to your ‘usual’ exercise too soon can do a lot more harm than good – certain exercises should be avoided, your core and pelvic floor needs special attention in order to avoid worsening or creating issues.

With post natal personal training, I will guide you through your recovery and beyond. I will get you back into fitness safely and effectively. If it’s weight loss that you’re after, I will help you get the results you’re looking for in a safe way, through nourishment and appropriate exercise.

At our initial meeting I will talk to you about your pregnancy, childbirth, any issues that may have arisen, and about your goals and reasons for training. I will also perform a health screening and thorough assessment, where I will check your posture (sitting, standing, moving), any muscle imbalances, your breathing technique, your connection to your core, and tension/gaps in your tummy (diastasis).

From this meeting I will create a personalised programme for you that includes workouts with me, exercises to do at home (stretches, strengthening, cardio), lifestyle changes, stress management, and nutrition. You are monitored throughout and the programme is adapted according to your progress. This way, you only push your body as far as it is ready to go, but still get the results you want.

HCR® Diastasis Recti Healing

If you’ve had a baby, no matter how long ago and you have a Diastasis Recti or feel disconnected to your Core and/or Pelvic Floor then our Diastasis Healing is the programme you’ve been waiting for.

Healing a Diastasis Recti is a WHOLE BODY ISSUE, it’s not just about exercise, it’s not just about the woman’s belly and it’s not just about the gap! A deep assessment is required to start with then a programme that focusses on nutrition for healing, the woman’s breathing strategy and postural alignment, all need to be considered BEFORE we apply exercise and load.

In this programme, I will deeply guide you in a process that will improve the way your belly looks, feels and works, rid yourself of backpain, reconnect to your Pelvic Floor so that you both FEEL and FUNCTION better.
