Post Natal Classes and Courses

These classes, courses and workshops are created to SUPPORT YOU THE MOTHER!

So many women (including myself after having kids) are confused as to what they should and shouldn’t be doing in the very early weeks and months post birth.
They also face the problem of how to get into an exercise routine that is safe for them, will help them reach their goals WHILST also juggling motherhood. So because they have no one to keep the kids while they go to the gym, they abandon their fitness routine completely.  

In these classes, you have the option to bring your child with you (not all classes/locations), and you will be provided with supportive, nurturing advice for getting back to feeling like yourself, and for keeping up a fitness routine.

We use a whole-woman approach, with self-care and recovery as a priority. No aspect is left untouched – we will not only take you through a workout but we will guide and support you to make healthy and lasting lifestyle changes.

Post Natal Holistic Core Restore ®

This 6 week course offers deep education and guidance on re-connecting to your core, pelvic floor strengthening, postural alignment, self-care, and all other aspects needed to build a strong foundation before returning to 'usual' exercise. It is the essential first step to take to 'bring you back home to your body' and prevent and heal pelvic floor and core dysfunction

HCR® Diastasis Healing

If you’ve had a baby, no matter how long ago and you have a Diastasis Recti then this is the programme for you. I will take you through a BESPOKE (tailored to you) holistic healing plan, that begins with a hands-on assessment. It includes guidance on essential healing nutrition, helpful and non-helpful lifestyle choices and most importantly a safe, ‘functional’ and modern movement and exercise programme. This will help you heal your Diastasis, improve your Core function and guarantee you a better looking belly and a Pelvic Floor that does its job.

Core Mama

A one-off workshop/class that will educate you on your core and pelvic floor and how to keep it functional. It will go over the basics of recovery and core re-connection and introduce you to a few basic exercises that you can do at home to make you feel better, reduce aches and pains and start to get back into traditional exercise

HCR® Release

Rel-ease focuses on simple ways to release muscular tension, which you can incorporate into your day-to-day lives at home, for improved mobility, reduced aches and pains, better posture, and stress management. It does this through a mixture of techniques, including self-massage, foam rolling, stretching, mobilisations, simple meditation, mindfulness strategies and some movement.
