How can Meno-Boost help?
This is a 6-week block of classes that takes a full-body & whole-woman approach. It will address many areas of your health and wellbeing:
- Fat loss
- Strength & Flexibility
- Balance & Agility
- Sleep & Stress Management
- Bone health, Pelvic health
- Gut health, Heart health
- Cognitive Health
You won’t just be put through a workout and that’s it – you will be educated about WHAT is happening to your body and WHY, and more importantly HOW you can make gradual lifestyle changes to feel better
You will be fully supported – all questions will be answered, and you will be given access to a private facebook group for motivation and accountability and also to receive recipes, extra workouts, and more health & wellness tips
Upon application you will receive a health & lifestyle questionnaire. This will help determine if this class is right for you, and also will highlight areas that need most improvement.
If all is ok and this class is appropriate for you, you will then join a 6-week group of classes. We will meet once per week for a 60 minute session. Each session will consist of the following:
- Metabolic Workout
- Releases (loosens tight muscles) and Restorative Activity
- Time to Talk / Setting Weekly Challenges
Each workout is specially designed to:
- Promote the production of human growth hormone (this is key!)
- Raise your metabolism and burn fat
- Improve cardiovascular health and fitness
- Be pelvic floor safe (pelvic floor dysfunction increases in this period)
- Promote bone health – osteoporosis is known as the ‘silent’ disease
- Gain better functionality through movement that mimics everyday life activities
- Make you feel good and more focused
- Reduce stress
