Rel-ease focuses on simple ways to release muscular tension, including self-massage, foam rolling, stretching, mobilisations. It also involves simple meditation, relaxation and mindfulness strategies and pelvic floor and nervous system training.


What does it involve?

Rel-ease focuses on simple ways to release muscular tension, which you can incorporate into your day-to-day lives at home, for improved mobility, reduced aches and pains, better posture, and stress management.

The class will focus on:

  • Re-alignment strategies
  • Breath work
  • Mindfulness incorporated with movement
  • Mobilisations
  • Pelvic floor and nervous system downtraining

It does this through a mixture of techniques, including self-massage, foam rolling, stretching, mobilisations, simple meditation, mindfulness strategies and some movement.


Who is it for?

Most of us do not spend enough time JUST BEING and NOT DOING. Every woman can do with some down-time dedicated to self-care, body alignment and stress management.
